The Fact Sheets were a quarterly newsletter published by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

The Long Term Care Program Fact Sheet was sent to all nursing facilities, long term care units in hospitals, critical access hospitals, intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded and nursing facilities for mental health.

The Fact Sheet II editions were sent to all assisted living, residential health care, adult day care and home plus facilities.
