KDOA Web Exam Center

KDOA provides several Web-based Training Courses. The courses are accessed through the different areas of expertise. The exams for those courses are taken within a separate web-based testing application.

You've taken the course, now what?

If you have a current KDOA Web Application sign-in.   Go to Web Applications and log-in and click on the KDOA Exam Center button.

If you do not have a KDOA Web Application sign-in click the link below to create your account.

How to Create your Account:

  1. Click the Register button.
    All fields are Required. Remember your Sign-In Name and Password so that you can return to the Exam Center to take other exams as they become available.
  2. Click the Create Account button
  3. You will then be given the choice of Courses to Select.

Selecting the Course

Once your account has been created or you have successfully sign-on through KDOA Web Applications, a listing of all Course Areas will be displayed.

  1. Click on the Radio Button next to the Course Area.
  2. The Directory will display all the exams available.
  3. Click on select link in the first column next to the exam title.
  4. You will be forwarded to the exam questions.

Taking the Exam

  1. Click on the Next Question button until all questions are answered. You can click on the Previous Question button to review or change your answers.
  2. When finished, click on the DONE button.
  3. A page will display stating that you can close the window. This will allow you to view the Course Directory page. You will need to click on the Course radio button to refresh the page. This will display your exam log.

Caution: If the exam is exited prior to the DONE button being selected, the exam will not be considered complete.  You will be able to enter the exam to continue by clicking on the date and time link under the "Taken" column.

Course Certificates

If you pass the exam a certificate link will be displayed on the Course Directory page. Click on the "Ribbon" icon to access the Certificate
