Outlook Web App Instructions
Outlook Web Application allows you to access your e-mail from a web browser when you are outside of our network setting. This application will not work within the KDOA Network, if you are in the office, plese use the application installed on your workstation/laptop.

First Time Use of Outlook Web App:
If this is the first time that you will be accessing the Outlook Web App, there is an install that will take place. Please note that this does take some time.

Here’s an explanation of the different options you’ll see on the main login page. Security (show explanation):Clicking on show explanation will show explanations for the options of specifying whether you are using a public or private computer. This is a public computer:Select this option if you use Outlook Web App on a public computer. Be sure to sign out when you’ve finished and close all windows to end your session. This is a private computer:Select this option if you’re the only person who uses this computer.

You can now check your messages, contacts, calendar, and tasks among other things. You won’t see any custom folders you may have created, and any e-mail rules you may have set up won’t work in OWA. When you are done, make sure to sign out. |
