It is good throughout the individual’s residency in the nursing facility system.

 

Unless...

 

• The letter states that the individual is being given a temporary stay; or
 
• The individual experiences a significant change in condition.
 

In these two circumstances the NF will request a Resident Review (RR) from

the KDADS CARE staff to ensure the individual is still appropriately placed.

You will be asked to complete a RR-PAS intake and gather needed documentation

before the Level II assessment process can begin.
