This screen reiterates how to choose a different level of care.
1. This client was referred to Level II.1 but unfortunately was unable to access that level of care or is choosing not to attend that level of care.
2. There are a list of six options as you can see.
A. These include: Refused recommended level of care, placed on waiting list, Level of care would be inappropriate, Childcare unavailable, Employment, and Level of care not available. The reason will need to be expanded in the summary notes section.
